Richard Bennett: The perpetrators of violence against women in Afghanistan will responsible for their actions

The UN Human Rights Special Rapporteur for Afghanistan expressed his support for Afghan women and said that Afghan women will not be left alone.

Richard Bennett, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Human Rights for Afghanistan, expressed his support for Afghan women in a tweet and wrote that sexual harassment is against humanity based on international laws.

On the occasion of the beginning of the 16-day campaign against violence against women around the world, he wrote that Afghan women are not alone and the perpetrators of violence against them in this country will be responsible for their actions.

Meanwhile, according to some reports, women have been harassed by the Taliban in most provinces of Afghanistan.
