The Taliban’s defense minister went to the United Arab Emirates at the head of a delegation

The spokesperson of the Taliban has announced that Maulvi Mohammad Yaqoob, acting minister of defense of this group, has traveled to the United Arab Emirates at the head of a delegation.
Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the caretaker government of the Taliban, wrote in a tweet that a high-ranking delegation of this group has traveled to the United Arab Emirates under the supervision of the Minister of Defense Mawlawi Muhammad Yaqub Mujahid.
He added that strengthening relations between the two countries, solving the problems of Afghans living in that country and some other important issues will be discussed during this trip.
According to Mr. Mujahid, these meetings will be held with the leadership of the United Arab Emirates, ministers and high-ranking officials of that country.
The Taliban spokesman said that the government of this group wants good relations with all countries, especially Islamic countries.
