Ocha: The temperature will reach minus 35 degrees in most parts of Afghanistan this weekend

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) says that the temperature will drop to minus 35 degrees in some parts of Afghanistan this weekend.
Ocha wrote in a tweet that the temperature will drop to minus 35 degrees Celsius in parts of Afghanistan this weekend.
The agency wrote that humanitarian partners and the United Nations are providing families in Afghanistan with winter aid, including heating appliances, cash for fuel and warm clothes.
According to Ocha, however, the distribution of these aids has been severely hampered by the prohibition of women’s work in domestic and foreign institutions by the Taliban.
It should be mentioned that most of the people of Afghanistan are currently facing poverty and hunger, and the cold weather has increased in most areas of Afghanistan due to heavy snowfall.
