Pakistan’s representative in the United Nations: There is a possibility of Taliban joining ISIS

The representative of Pakistan in the United Nations has warned against the possibility of Taliban members joining the ISIS group and says that the Taliban is unable to financially support its forces in most areas.

Muneer Akram, Pakistan’s representative to the United Nations, has said in a statement that if the Taliban cannot provide financial support to their forces, there is a possibility that these forces will join the ISIS group.

Emphasizing that the Taliban must have enough money to prevent the group’s forces from joining ISIS, he added that ISIS is getting stronger and receives money from foreign countries.

Pakistan’s representative in the United Nations has also expressed concern about the activities of TTP, Baloch Liberation Group and ISIS.
