Iran condemned the attack on the Taliban governor for Balkh

The Iranian Embassy in Kabul has condemned the attack on the office of Balkh province, as a result of which the governor of this province was killed.
In the announcement of this embassy, it is stated that Iran condemns the terrorist incident that led to the death of Mullah Mohammad Daud Muzmal, the governor of Balkh province.
The Iranian embassy added that such violent actions are carried out in order to destabilize Afghanistan.
It should be mentioned that the ISIS group has taken responsibility for the attack yesterday in Balkh, which led to the death of the governor of this province and two other civilians.
According to Asif Waziri, the spokesman of the Balkh province police command, this suicide attack took place at around 9:00 a.m. on the second floor of the governor’s office.
