Norway’s ambassador to Afghanistan met with the Taliban’s foreign minister

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Taliban has announced that Norway’s Ambassador to Afghanistan, Pal Kloman Becker, met with the Acting Minister of the Ministry, Amir Khan Mottaqi, yesterday (Wednesday).
Abdul Qahar Balkhi, the spokesman of the ministry, wrote in a tweet that in this meeting, the two sides discussed various issues, including security in Afghanistan.
He added that during this meeting, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs requested the Norwegian ambassador to access the Islamic Emirate’s consular services in Norway to solve the problems of Afghan immigrants in that country.
