23 Afghan citizens who were imprisoned in Iran returned to Afghanistan

Hafiz Zia Ahmad, Deputy Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Taliban, says that more than 20 Afghans who were imprisoned in Iran have returned to the country as a result of the efforts of the Ministry.

He wrote in a tweet that as a result of the efforts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Afghan Embassy in Tehran and the Afghan Consulate in Zahedan, 23 people who traveled to that country to learn religious and business education and were imprisoned by the local government of Zahedan were released from prison.

According to him this number of Afghans have returned to Afghanistan via Nimroz.
