A key ISIS commander was killed in Nangarhar
Local officials in Nangarhar say that a key commander of the Daesh group was killed in this province following an operation by the security forces.
Qureshi Badlon, head of information and culture in Nangarhar, says that a person named Tarab Bajauri, one of the key commanders of the ISIS group in this province, was killed following an operation by the security forces.
According to him, this operation took place in “Watch Tangi” area of Kuzkanar district of Nangarhar province.
The head of information and culture of Nangarhar province added that the person killed as a result of this operation was also the governor of ISIS in Laghman province.
The ISIS group has not yet said anything about this incident.
It should be mentioned that after the Taliban came to power in Afghanistan, the Daesh group has carried out several terrorist attacks in the center and provinces of the country.
