The explosion in Badakhshan left casualties

Local sources in Badakhshan say that an explosion occurred in a mosque in the first district of Faizabad city, the capital of this province.

Sources say that the explosion occurred when the eulogy of Nisar Ahmad Ahmadi, the deputy governor of Badakhshan, who was killed in an explosion yesterday, was being held.

So far, the nature of this explosion and the resulting casualties are not known.

In response to this incident, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, the head of the Supreme Peace Council of the previous government, said in a tweet that the attack on mosques and religious places is an act contrary to the rules of Islam and humane principles and has no justification.

It should be mentioned that the attack on the deputy governor of Badakhshan was carried out by ISIS.
