The Afghan Red Crescent Society announced the provision of treatment for eye patients

Officials of the Halal Afghan Red Society say that international organizations in Kabul and Kandahar provide treatment for eye diseases to the needy.
Gholam Habib Hasan Hossam, head of public relations of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, said in a news conference that Malik Salman’s institution provides treatment for eye diseases to the needy in Kabul and Kandahar through Basr International Organization in Afghanistan.
According to him, 8000 patients are currently being treated and 800 eye patients are undergoing surgery.
Mr. Hossam added that out of 800 patients who need eye surgery, 400 will be treated in Kabul and the rest in Kandahar.
