Ministry of Finance: Smuggling of historical artifacts was prevented at Torkham border

The Ministry of Finance says that the security officials prevented the smuggling of historical artifacts at the border of Torkham.

The ministry wrote in a tweet that Torkham customs officials discovered and confiscated a number of historical objects during an export inspection last night.

According to the Ministry of Finance, they skillfully moved these historical works on the panel of the export truck and wanted to smuggle them to Pakistan.

The officials of the Ministry of Finance say that the perpetrators of the smuggling of these historical monuments have been arrested and are being interrogated.
