The Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of 23 people in connection with various crimes

The officials of the Ministry of Interior Affairs say that 23 people have been arrested in connection with various crimes by the security forces from different provinces.

Abdul Matin Qane, the spokesman of the ministry, wrote in a tweet that police officers arrested 23 people in connection with robbery, murder, smuggling, illegal arms transfer and running away from home in the center and provinces of the country.

He added that among the arrested people, eight people were connected to theft from Kabul province, three people were connected to running away from home in Bamyan, three thieves were from Helmand, two people were connected to the transfer of illegal weapons in Takhar, two thieves were from Herat, one person was arrested in connection with arms smuggling along with a killer in Nangarhar and three other thieves in Balkh, Kandahar and Uruzgan provinces.
