Chabahar – IRNA – The ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Afghanistan said: The Afghan trade and economic delegation started investing 35 million dollars in the implementation of commercial, residential and administrative projects in Chabahar.

Mr. Asefi named this project as a “luxurious project” and said that the investment in this project was made by “Khorasan Mohajer Star Investment Group from Afghanistan”.

He mentioned this tower as “the biggest and tallest tower” in the southeast of Iran.

Abdul Hakim Asefi said: “This project will be built in 25 floors, four floors from minus one to minus four with an area of ​​13,000 square meters of parking, three floors including the ground floor, and the first and second floors with an area of ​​6,000 square meters of commercial space. It will be court and lobby.

On the sidelines of his trip to Chabahar, Hassan Kazemi Qomi said in an interview with  IRNA reporter on Sunday  : Afghanistan’s commercial and political delegation has also started negotiations to create a sustainable corridor through the Chabahar Free Zone with the cooperation of Iran and China.

He stated: This delegation, headed by the representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Afghanistan, consisting of the representatives of the Economic Deputy Prime Minister, the Ministry of Transport and Aviation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance and the private sector, went to Chabahar Azad Zone to visit and examine ways to increase the interaction between the two countries. Chabahar has traveled.

Iran’s ambassador to Afghanistan said: “We are very happy that with the presence of the business delegation of Afghanistan and governors, the managers of the Azad region and the military and law enforcement officials of Chabahar, the implementation of the Burj Fakher project has also started.”

He said: With the change in the political arrangement of the 13th government, diplomacy moved towards the development of cooperation with neighboring countries, and Afghanistan has a special place for our country due to its strategic, geopolitical, geoeconomic and cultural and religious commonalities.

Kazemi Qomi emphasized that Afghanistan has provided a special opportunity for cooperation in the post-US occupation era, which arose from the nation’s resistance, and added: Iran’s policy has always been to support the people of Afghanistan and in a serious cooperation in various economic, political, and cultural dimensions. And it is even security and political and currently the most interaction between two nations and two governments is going on.

Emphasizing that the presence of the Afghan delegation in Chabahar is not only limited to transit cooperation, but is the cornerstone of a cooperation, he said: the purpose of this cooperation is to benefit from the capacities of the two countries, and the crisis in Ukraine has led to the formation of new corridors and the decision And the will of the two countries is to create a stable corridor.
