The meeting and discussion between the representatives of China and the European Union about Afghanistan

Yu Xiaoyong, China’s special representative for Afghanistan affairs, has announced her meeting with representatives of the European Union, including Thomas Nicholson, the EU’s special representative for Afghanistan affairs.

On Saturday (19 October), she called the meeting held in Brussels useful and wrote: “We emphasized continuous interaction and paying more attention to the reconstruction of Afghanistan.”
