The Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed the announcement of the Global Coalition Against ISIS

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says it welcomes the June 28 meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Global Coalition Against ISIS in Rome, Italy, and its Joint Declaration.

According to the Foreign Ministry’s bulletin in the announcement of the Global Coalition Against ISIS, the efforts of the Afghan government in the fight against ISIS (Khorasan branch) had been appreciated.

The declaration also emphasizes the comprehensive and collective efforts to defeat ISIS.

The Foreign Ministry says that while welcoming the results of the meeting, the Government of Afghanistan is committed to combating the evolving threat of global terrorism and reiterates its commitment to a joint and comprehensive regional and global fight in this regard.
