State Department: The evacuation of the US Embassy in Kabul is over

According to The Hill, the US State Department has announced that the evacuation of personal from the US embassy in Kabul has ended.

“We can confirm that the safe evacuation of all embassy staff is now complete,” State Department Spokesman Net Price said.

“All embassy personnel are stationed at the Karzai International Airport, which is guarded by the US military,” he said.
