Kabulov denied the visit of the Taliban delegation and representatives of the Resistance Front to Moscow

The Russian Foreign Ministry has denied reports that a Taliban delegation and representatives of the Resistance Front visited Moscow.
According to Sputnik, Zamir Kabulov, the Russian president’s representative for Afghanistan, said that some media reports that a Taliban delegation and a representative of the Resistance Front had traveled to Moscow for talks were not true.
“This is fake news,” he told Sputnik.
Meanwhile, some media outlets recently reported, quoting Rahmatullah Nabil, the former head of national security of the former Afghan government, that Mullah Baradar and Mullah Mohammad Yaqub, two senior Taliban members, had secretly traveled to Moscow.
According to reports, representatives of the Resistance Front are also scheduled to arrive in Moscow to hold talks with the Taliban.
